Traveller's Rest Farm is a small family owned and operated 34 acre equine retirement farm located in Southern Maryland's beautiful Charles County.
We are not a rescue or a not-for-profit, although we support local rescues. To that end, we do not take in donated horses.
We believe that every horse deserves their retirement, in fact, this farm was purchased and is named after our very own Traveller. He was our riding horse well into his late teens and this farm was purchased specifically so he would have a permanent place to retire. He is pictured above and still oversees all farm operations.
We operate solely for the comfort and safety of our horses and are dedicated to giving your horse the same care and love we do our own.
